For your convenience, the office is open Monday through Friday. With the exception of emergencies, patients are seen by appointment. On your first scheduled appointment, as a new patient, it is recommended that you arrive fifteen minutes early in order to fill out necessary paperwork and set you up on the computer system. You may also complete forms prior to the visit. Click here to download the necessary forms.

We request that you call the office if you need to cancel or seschedule an appointment. The office is open Monday 8-6 and Tuesday through Friday 8-5. That new office number is 214-705-7425.

Emergencies calls are accepted at all hours. Please call the main office number, 214-705-7425. The answering service will contact Dr. Kuhne if the office is closed.
